Collector R.Ravikumar said on Saturday that the consumers can have use 94450 00370 as service care of Tuticorin district,to know the fair price shop's stock details, and working hours of that particular ration shop .Moreover they can have the privilege of register their complaints about the service of labors worked in fair price shop.
And also he said that nowadays people had more knowledge about social media and they spent more time to share their messages,images,videos and audios and so on.All well as they don't forget to denote the erring staff, so this service will be more beneficial for people.
In taking action as first step there are 941 fair price shops in Tuticorin district are gets this useful service.For the further steps the service will be extends for all the fair price shops in Tuticorin dist.
This service will be works on a day from 9A.M to 6P.M.The workers have lunch time from 1P.M to 2P.M.
Only on First,Second Friday and Third, Fourth Sunday the shop would be closed,In other times shops will be works on proper manner,Mr.sezhiyan,dist supply officer said.
